These are just some of the service options we offer our customers when they bring their car into one of our dealerships. The care of our customers and their vehicles is of the utmost important to us.  Western has a large fleet of courtesy cars to help keep you mobile. These cars are provided free of charge, but we do ask you to replace the fuel used and to pay a small charge for temporary insurance cover to make sure that you are suitably covered in the unfortunate event of an accident. If you have any special needs, such as an automatic gearbox, please inform is when you make your booking.  This service is offered from our Edinburgh and Glasgow branches. If you find it difficult to get away from your home or office we will collect your car and return it to you with the required work complete. We are happy to offer this service within a 30 mile radius of our dealerships. We may collect from further away by special arrangement for Western Saab customers.  Our Newcastle dealership is 5 minutes away from Four Lane Ends Metro station which has a wide range of Metro and bus services to take you to your destination. Our Glasgow dealership is a few minutes walk from an underground station. We will be happy to give you a lift to the Metro station after you have checked your car in.  If your car is in for a relatively short time, you are welcome to wait in our relaxing showroom surroundings. We have refreshments available and a choice of newspapers and magazines. You may choose to browse the latest Saab models in our showroom and have a look at the latest range literature. |
